Training…

The next half marathon that I’m thinking of entering is in October in KC, that a friend of mine is anxious to run again.  We ran it last year and had a blast, especially being that it was her first half to run. 

Lately I’ve been taking a bit of a break because I was on break from school.  However I did get in a few good bike rides (12 miles, and 8 miles) and a few good kettlebell work outs as well.  It’s amazing how well the kettlebell works and how simple most of the workouts are to do.  I’ve been pushing many of my friends to buy their own kettlebell to really understand just how great they really are, and a few of them have, and now understand what I mean.  Thankfully, you can find them just about anywhere now, unlike about a year ago.  Well, I just thought I’d give a quick update.  More work outs to come soon…
